  3. Hey Mandy!
Your babies are too cute! I made it to 34 weeks, so my little angels were 4 weeks old yesterday(aka 38 weeks!)They are doing well...we are just trying to survive and figure everything out! I think my little boy might be heading towards reflux, so I thought i would ask you if you had any ideas/suggestions since you have dealt with it. How are your babies tummy issues now? Also, how are ya'll doing their night feedings? My husband and I haven't figured out the best way to do it so we can manage to get a little sleep in ourselves!! I love their little socks/leggings they have on with their onesies in some of the pictures...where did you find those??? Well, hope ya'll are doing well. When you have a free moment(which is hardly ever if you are like me!)and could write me back with any suggestions, that would be great! Even though it is rare that I get to look at your blog, I still enjoy looking at your posts and pictures when I can!!!

  5. Hey Margaret! Yes, I have lots of suggestions on reflux. First off, keep them upright after they eat - at least 15-20 minutes. We have been taking their bouncy seat upstairs with us at night, and we swaddle them and put both of them in it after they feed at night. Its so cute, and it keeps them upright without us holding/playing with them. Also, I STRONGLY suggest getting on a medicine. Mine now take 1.5ml of Zantac twice a day an dthey are also on 1/4 t. of Maalox every other feeding. This has helped tremendously. Also, I don't know if you are breastfeeding or not, but I eliminated dairy from my diet and that has also helped with the tummy issues.

As for night feedings, you can read on my blog what our schedule is. We are now at 5-6 hour stretches at night. We do a dream feed at 10, then let them go as long as they can. If one wakes up, we are still getting the other one up as well. They started sleeping longer stretches at the 6 week mark. I have also read that the way they sleep at night is directly related to how much they weigh. So, the more they weigh, the longer they will sleep. I got their leg warmers online. They are called Baby Legs. You can also get them off of ebay for alot cheaper!

If you have any other questions, let me know!!
